One riot one ranger
Is a Teas Ranger ethos that I have adopted. When there is a challenge it doesn’t take a group of people to grab their go bags. A good leader can handle just about anything anything he or she will face on their own as long as they live off the lad while they are on the road. In other words, if you are called out to face a challenge you don’t bring everything with you to address it. Besides, you can only check one bag on the plane. If you are smart, observant, and a good judge of character you will find the resources you need where you are going. That includes the personnel you need to fix whatever is broken. It just takes some common sense to identify what needs to happen to fix the issue and you have to be able to identify who will make a good resource for you. It will always seem impossible to fix on your own before you leave bit you have to take a leap of faith and just know you will find a way once you get there. I would always tell my wife Kristee that I had finally bitten off more than I could chew before I left on a trip. I would say that I really did it this time and there is no way I can possible do this and I meant it, he would just laugh at e and tell e to call her after I ace it and I always did. She was an even better judge of character than me. How do you break down big issues into pieces you can address? I have a great process for that too but that is another story all together.
